In today’s society, with the increase of people’s material living standards, many parents have eyes on their child’s education. Especially in recent years, it is gradually realized the importance of early education for the generation after80s being a mother or father. Booming early childhood institutions, advancing continually antenatal training and child-rearing philosophy, but equally important is that many parents on early childhood education know only to stay in the areas of development of intelligence, and exist many misunderstandings on the infant motor development.Concept stagnation of the infant ancestors on early education, an important force in the care of an infant, directly affect the growth of children. Too many think the children did not dangerous, security, healthy, thus they will not actively guide motor development of children.Incomplete understanding. Parents take much count of the baby’s head movements, roll over, crawl and so on, and think little of stand, walking, squatting using leg frequently, and know little about fine motor, and don’t know how to help baby to practice.Insufficient attention to the breastfeeding. Many parents neglect to breastfeeding, resulting in decreased infant physical, low immunity, often suffering from a variety of large or small the disease.The lack of a norm for the development of infants. Foreign scale need professional experimenter, and to be out the cost of purchase, and a specific environment. While domestic evaluation tool was established in the late1970s, many index also can’t reflect the real situation of the development of the today’s infant and young children.In view of the above shortcomings,this article has compiled a assessment record on motor development for infant in age0-1, and give a reference, more detailed, more convenient, more handleability. This study selected about44infant in age0-1borned in2011from different regions. The Interview Method is the interview method, the case tracking method and survey method. Time is one year. Which focuses on selected six case followed, observed1-2times a month for10minutes each time, and uses the action behavior of the camera, video recording, to record the process of action in detail. It is a assessment record sheet of gross motor and fine motor movement of infant in age0-1finally. This sheet includes two parts,11total projects, and165specific index.The following conclusions:First, this conclusion is consistent with statement of the common people on looking up two moths, turning over three, sitting six, rolling seven, crawling eight, stand ten, walking twelve. Just some details and projects are slightly different.Second, it shows that gross motor, containing37items, has20items in advance,15in line,2in behind, and fine motor, containing21items, has9in advance,8in line,4in behind, comparing with consequence of late1970s. See table3.7and3.9.Third, prepares a assessment record sheet of gross motor and fine motor movement of infant in age0-1. See Appendix1.Fourth, influencing factors are genetic, parents character, family atmosphere, parenting concept, the material living environment of families and the infant’s own practice, the training, degree of attention and motivation of adults to infants who master the operating skills, emergencies mentality and so on.
