Osteoporosis is a complex, chronic disease caused by a variety of factors. Is a common disease in the elderly, frequently occurring disease. The main clinical symptoms are backache, deformity, fractures, respiratory disorders, fractures is the most common and serious complications in osteoporosis. It affects people’s quality of life and shortened life expectancy. When the aging society is gradually, more and more country pay more attention on it. Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. Lots of clinicians and researchers pay more attention on Chinese medicine treatment of osteoporosis prescriptions in clinical research literature. Many doctors and scholars have done a lot of related research, and achieved good results. Therefore, this study have collected nearly a decade of clinical literature on Chinese medicine treatment of primary osteoporosis, discussing the prescription rate how to improve the clinical symptoms of patients with osteoporosis and providing good medical references.Objective:Discuss the prescription rate of primary osteoporosis with Chinese medicine.Methods:This research have been collected the clinical literature on the treatment of primary osteoporosis during Jan.2001-Sep.2011. Chinese herbal decoction and medicine have been sorted out, and analyzed medicine frequency and correlation via SPSS statistical software.Results:I have collected103Chinese herbal decoction. For treatment medicine are totally125. Tonifying herbs use a lot (56.32%), second is herbs that invigorate the blood (15.97%), followed by herbs that expel wind dampness, herbs that drain dampness, astringent herbs, herbs that clear heat, herbs that warm the interior, herbs that release exterior conditions, substances that extinguish wind and stop tremors and others. In tonifying herbs, herbs that tonify the Yang is mainly (42.31%), second is herbs that tonify the Qi, herbs that tonify the blood and herbs that tonify the Yin.125kinds of medicine use frequency for the top15flavors in order are Rehmannia, Epimedium, Eucommia, Chinese Angelica, Astragalus, Achyranthes, Drynaria, Psoralen, Comus, Dioscorea, Poria, Lurong, Danshen, Licorice, Atractylodes. There are mainly medicines for kidney, liver, spleen mainly in my statistical data. The warm, flat, sweet, bitter, acrid are the large proportion of medicine.After analyzing association rules, Commonly used medicines are Eucommia and Rehmannia, Achyranthes and Rehmannia, Astragalus and Epimedium, Drynaria and Epimedium, Achyranthes and Eucommia. Comus and Rehmannia. Dioscorea and Rchmannia. Poria and Rehmannia, Danshen and Epimedium. Psoralen and Epimedium. Lurong and Rehmannia. Comus and Dioscorea. Licorice and Eucommia, Lycium and Eucommia. Danshen and Astragalus. Lycium and Dioscorea. Dipsacus and Epimedium. Inductive analysis found that the sources of the basic prescription are from Liu Wei Di Huang Wan. Zuoguiwan and YouguiWan. Addition or subtraction the basic prescription becomes their own prescription.Conclusion:Using medication frequency analysis statistics and association rules can be found TCM clinical treatment of osteoporosis prescription rate. In the statistical results of the combination of medicines, the compatibility between the tonifying herbs, spleen Qi, nourish liver and nourishing and promoting blood circulation and circulation drugs accounted for most of the high-frequency combinations, therefore, the high-frequency combinations represents the core medicines for treating osteoporosis and provides references for clinical.
