Clinical Research Of Decreased Ovarian Reserve By The Method Of Invigorating The Kidney And Regulating Menstruation Cycles

Objective:By researching on the clinical therapeutic effect and the safety of "Invigorating the kidney and regulating menstruation cycles" on Decreased Ovarian Reserve (DOR), to approve and spread a safety and effective treatment on DOR.Methods:This study has no comparison group, so used the self-control method. The 30 cases were selected from Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of TCM from May 2013 to February 2015,and all were diagnosed as the kidney deficiency DOR patient. All of them were treated for three menstrual cycles by the method of invigorating the kidney and regulating menstruation cycles. Serum LH, FSH, E2, the menstrual cycle and pregnancy and other symptoms were all measured and recorded before and after the treatment. Besides, recurrence would also be recorded after three months of the treatment.Results:1. Clinical effects:The clinical total effective rates were 90.0%.3 cases were healed, accounted for 10%; 6 cases were excellence, accounted for 20%; 18 cases were effective, accounted for 80%; 3 cases were invalid, accounted for 10% among all the 30 patients.2. Hormone level:After the treatment, FSH decreased significantly and E2 increased obviously, both of them showed significant differences.3. Clinical symptoms and signs:the total scores of clinical symptoms, as well as the total scores of the all the clinical symptoms, were decreased significantly after the treatment (P<0.01).Conclusion:For the kidney deficiency DOR patients, the method of invigorating the kidney and regulating menstruation cycles is effective, it can not only improve the clinical symptoms and signs, but can also improve the endocrine hormone levels:the FSH level dropped and E2 increased.It is significant to prevent DOR transformed into POF.
