But these drugs are expensive with obvious toxic side effects.Treating this disease with traditional Chinese medicine which can improve therapeutic effects, extend paracmasis with low costs and little toxic side effects has been lasting a long history. Traditional Chinese medicine can reduce symptoms, improve immune function and reduce the recurrence. One the other hand, when using tretinoin, immunosuppressant and antineoplastic together with traditional Chinese medicine can reduce the toxic side effects caused by western medicine and then guarantee the curative effects.This thesis takes blood system as the entry point to discuss about the relationship between blood system and vulgaris psoriasis on the basis of the predecessors’experience. It shows the blood system pathological changes’impact in the beginning, developing, prognosis of vulgaris psoriasis. It probes into the four syndromes of vulgaris psoriasis’s blood-heat, blood-insufficiency, blood-dryness and blood-stasis through primary clinical observation. Hoping it can provide reference for raising the traditional Chinese medicine’s clinical curative effect in treating vulgaris psoriasis.
