The Clinical Research Of Simiaobixie Decotion Treating With Dampness-heat Type Of Gouty Arthritis

Objective:To investigate gouty arthritis with Chinese and Western medicine in the pathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment, to analysis the current incidence and the situation of rearch.Our tutor has experiencen in treatment of gouty,in this clinic study, we used Simiaobixie Decotion to treat the syndrome of dampness-heat of gouty arthritis,observed and recorded the indicators such as the pain indexjoint function,scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,serum uric acid,ESR,renal function,liver function,and then analysised and evaluated the curative effect and safety of Simiaobixie Decotion in treating the syndrome of dampness-heat of gouty arthritis.MethodsIn this clinic study,we conllected60patients who were diagnosed as the syndrome of dampness-heat of gouty arthritis adopting the law of random, comparison.60patients were divided into two groups,the one is treatment group,the other is control group.They both had30cases.Patients in control group were treated with basic treatment and Diclofenac Sodium Sustained Release Tablets.Treatment group were treated with the treatment program of control group and Simiaobixie Decotion both for a period of one month. We recorded the indicators such as the pain indexjoint function,scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,serum uric acid,ESR,renal function,liver function,and then analysised and evaluated the curative effect and safety of Simiaobixie Decotion through the statistical analysis of the results.ResultsAccording to the recorde,statistics and analysis of the treatment group and the control group,we found that the indicators of two groups before treatment had no differences and were comparable(P>0.05).The overall efficacy of treatment group is significantly better than control group wich simply used Western medicine(P<0.05), reducing joint pain index and improving joint function were both better than the control group.The improvement of traditional Chinese medicine syndromesvscores of the treatment group was obviously better than the control group (P<O.05), its decline rate of serum uric acid and ESR is also better than the control group(P<0.05). The recurrent frequency of treatment group was significantly lower than the control group during the period of observation(P<0.05).In the aspect of safety,the treatment of two groups had no obvious adverse effect on the three routine examination,renal and liver function(P>0.05).The side reaction rate of the treatment group is a little lower than that of the control group.Conclusion: By the preliminary efficacy and safety results,we can found that the curative effect of treatment group with western medicine and Simiaobixie Decotion was significantly better than control group wich simply Western medicine treatmentSimiaobixie Decotion can effectively relieve joint symptoms in the acute phase, had good anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects,improve the syndromes of traditional Chinese Medicine,reduce uric acid and ESR steadly,and reduce the recurrent frequency in the chronic remission phase.Its security is good,it had no obvious side effects.It can do the symptoms, or both.This clinic study provided important Clinical evidence for traditional Chinese medicine on prevention and treatment of gout arthritis.
