Clinical Research On Gezangtiaoxin Decoction Treating Phlegm And Blood Syndrome Of Coronary Heart Disease Combined With Ventricular Premature Contractions

Objective::To research theory and clinical value of GeZangTiaoXin decoction treating phlegm and blood syndrome of CHD combined with VPBs, to verify the effectiveness and safety of the treatment, and for further research palpitations phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of mutual and etiology and pathogenesis treatment law, opened up a new perspective.Methords:56cases satisfied with the study were enrolled, all from First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of TCM, from2011.5to2012,1.With randomized blook,56cases were divided into treatment group and control group. Both groups give foundation treatment,The treatment group was added with GeZangTiaoXin Decoction,and the control group was gived by Metoprolol Tartrate Tablets, during one-month period, the Holter Monitoring,ECG, symptom effect and solo symptom variation were observed.Reasults:1. Two groups in the Chinese symptoms have obvious difference,and the treatment group is better than the other (p<0.01);2.In the24hours Holter Monitoring, the number of shrinkage reducing vpc before the significant difference (p<0.01),but by no difference between the two groups;3. In the ECG, there were no significant differences between the treatment group and control group(P>0.05). Conclusion:1.GeZangTiaoXin decoction can obviously improve the Chinese symptoms of phlegm and blood syndrome of CHD combined with VPBs;2. GeZangTiaoXin Decoction can obviously reduce the number of shrinkage reducing vpcs in the Holter monitoring;3GeZangTiaoXin Decoction can improve the patient ECG ST-T, to improve the myocardial ischemia effect.4. GeZangTiaoXin Decoction is a effective and safety treatment of CHD combined with VPBs.
