ObjectiveTo explore the relationship of general conditions, menstruation and child birth,diet, life style,environment, psychological, and other factors factors with the incidence of hypomenorrhea. To analyze the relation between the risk of risk factors and protection factors.Provide the clinical guidance and references to prevent the hypomenorrhea from occurring.Methods133female patients with hypomenorrhea and receiving survey and100healthy women were selected from Gynecological Clinic of the first affiliated hospital of Guangzhou university of traditional Chinese medicine, a unified epidemiological questionnaire was designed and used for investigation, including general situation, menstruation and child birth, life habit, And analysis the investigation results of relation factors. Use SPSS17.0for statistics, metric data with t test,enumerative data with Chi-square, and Logistic analysis.ResultsUnivariate analysis:there was significant difference in age, weight, BMI, gravidity, parity (eutocia, caesarean section and odinopoeia), induced abortion frequency, medication abortion frequency, staied up late, sleeping time, hair coloring,diet painstakingly, eating rubbish food, working pressure, tension state,negative mentality, sports time, eating fruits, eating freeze refrigeration in menstrual, sex in menstrual and keeping warm in menstrual between case group and control group(P<0.05). Multivariate analysis:there was a significant correlation between age, BMI, gravidity, parity (eutocia, caesarean section and odinopoeia), induced abortion frequency, medication abortion frequency, staied up late, hair coloring, eating rubbish food, tension state, negative mentality, eating fruits, eating freeze refrigeration in menstrual and keeping warm in menstrual between case group and control group(P<0.05). In addition, eating fruits and keeping warm in menstrual are protective factors(β<1, OR<1). Others are risk factors(β>1,OR>1).ConclusionThe protective factors of hypomenorrhea include eating fruits and keeping warm in menstrual;the risk factors of hypomenorrhea include age, BMI, gravidity, parity (eutocia, caesarean section and odinopoeia), induced abortion frequency, medication abortion frequency, staied up late, hair coloring, eating rubbish food, tension state, negative mentality, eating freeze refrigeration in menstrual.
