BackgroundCerebral infarction for frequently-occurring disease with high mortality and high disability. Clinical observation of the subject aimed at the basis of arterial thrombolytic therapy for acute cerebral infarction and the effect on the symptoms of the impact of the evolution observed in order to attempt to sum up, symptoms of acute cerebral infarction in to the evolution of the law, as well as between arterial thrombolysis relationship for the future provide the basis for clinical treatment.Acute cerebral infarction is one part of stroke in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). The TCM treatment of acute cerebral is treated through starting with wholly, the dialectical theory manages extensive prospect. Ancient medical books have detailed description of the pathogeny and syndrome of stroke, for example, the theory of Wai-feng, the theory of Nei-feng and the theory of QI-Xue etc. After dynasty of Tang and Song, especially from dynasty Qing, most physicians had the opinion that low immunity is the cause of stroke. Low immunity, lack of Qi and Xue, weak of blood running and blood stasis blocking are all the reasons of the obstruction of cerebral veins, so, take shape the theory that blood stasis on account of weak. As attacking of stroke because of weak of Qi and blood stasis, thrombolysis drug could help blood running smoothly again in the vessels quickly, but make no use of weak of Qi. So, the patients would feel weaken after thrombolysis that weak of Qi and blood stasis are still the main reason. The TCM treatment of tonifying Qi and activating blood cooperating with thrombolysis are important to the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.ObjectiveThe TCM treatment of tonifying Qi and activating blood cooperating with thrombolysis in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients, compared with the control group, observe the influence of the infants of neural development after this therapy, for provide the basis for clinical application.MethodsA randomized controlled trial was conducted.40patients with acute cerebral infarction randomly divided into two groups, experimental group and control group (n1:n2=1:1). Both the groups received the thrombolysis, Aspirin and foundation treatment intervention for get well, moreover, the experimental group received the TCM treatment. Before treatment and after treatment1,3,5,7,14-day visit as a point of view to observe the signs and symptoms of TCM syndrome score, physical examination and NIHSS score, as well as Barthel Index. All data would be analyzed by SPSS17.0.Results1. After the treatment, group of experimental has a significant superiority in improving the score reach normalization in NIHSS compared with the control group (p<0.05). but no discrepancy in NIHSS scores deduction rate (p>0.05)2. After the treatment, group of experimental has a significant superiority in improving the score reach normalization in Barthel Index compared with the control group(p<0.05).3. After the treatment, group of experimental has a significant superiority in improving some of the signs and symptoms of TCM syndrome score compared with the control group(p<0.05), but no discrepancy in the other of the signs and symptoms of TCM syndrome score (p>0.05).ConclusionThe TCM treatment of tonifying Qi and activating blood cooperating with thrombolysis in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients, has a significant superiority in improving the score reach normalization in NIHSS, Barthel Index and the signs and symptoms of TCM syndrome score, compared with the control group.
