ObjectionTo investigate the constitutional patterns of coronary heart disease and study their characteristics of body constitution and discuss the relationship between the body constitution and the pathogenesis. The purpose is to hinder the development and the aggravation of the disease and reduce the times of the outbreak of the disease, making the patients maintain proper functions, improve power of activities and enhance quality of life.MethodsAccording to the body constitution theory of traditional Chinese Medicin,80cases of coronary heart disease are investigated, including the items of age, sex, constitution type etc. The cases are divided into different constitution types according to the established criterion. The results are analyzed statistically and showed in figures.ResultsThe female sex and the male sex have proved distinct difference in the pathogenesis of Coronary heart disease. The pathogenesis rate is higher in older people, especially between sixty and seventy-nine years old.80cases of Coronary heart disease are investigated and divided into nine.
