| ObjectiveUsing shu jin xi yao to exercising after the surgery of Patella fracture with steel wire tension of internal fixation, in order to improve the function of the knee joint restoration, and reduce the happening of the sequel, for clinical practice is the exact guidance to provide the basis.MethodsA prospective randomized controlled study, selected according to diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria without exclusion criteria80patients were randomly divided into2groups, treatment group (Group A) was early after surgery use CPM machine exercise and based therapy, surgical incision to take out stitches start using shu jin xi yao wash knee for3months after the operation; The control group (Group B)was only early after surgery use CPM machine exercise and based therapy. Two groups of the range of knee joint motion, symptoms improve time, Lysholm knee score and early postoperative complications were evaluated during the follow-up period.Results80patients were followed up, lost one lost in Group A,1case of internal fixation is loose, Group B two,76patients have completely follow-up data. All patients were followed up for3-13weeks, average12.3weeks. Three month after the operation knee joint AROM of Group A was118.74±3.84°;Group B was99.86±5.02°, there was statistically significant (P<0.05). knee joint PROM of Group A was122.52±4.23°,Group B was108.58±5.37°, there was statistically significant (P <0.05).One month after the operation knee joint Lysholm knee score of Group A was70.67±5.96; Group B was68.92±5.13, there was no statistically significant (P>0.05). Three month after the operation Lysholm knee score of Group A was92.87±4.62;Group B was90.53±6.14, there was no statistically significant (P>0.05). The time of injured limb pain disappear of Group A was70.37±23.36d, Group B was81.39±17.68d, there was statistically significant (P<0.05). The time of injured limb pain disappear of Group A was68.35±18.36d, Group B was80.64±18.02d, there was statistically significant (P <0.05). Group A skin necrosis in1, and internal fixation loose in1, group B internal fixation loose in2, there was no statistically significant (P>0.05).ConclusionTwo groups after one month, in Lysholm knee score and the range of knee joint motion also in early complications have no obvious difference, etc. But after3months have obvious therapeutic advantage in the range of knee joint motion, and at the same time in the time of injury phantom pain disappear and can squat down, group A also have obvious advantages, that shu jin xi yao have satisfactory effect to promote the knee joint functional recovery after the surgery of patella fracture using steel wire tension of internal fixation. |
