| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of AO tension band and slipt-patella concentrator on treatment of patella fractures. To analyze their superiority and deficiency respectively in order to guide clinical application through contrast.Methods:According to inclusion criteria, select47cases of patella fractures from September2012to September2013, the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of TCM Orthopedic sports injuries, including AO tension band in25cases (group A), slipt-patella concentrator of22cases (group B), To contrast and analyze of the two fixed methods in operative time, postoperative fracture healing time,and knee function in terms.Result:47patients were followed up, follow-up time was6-18months, mean12months, no severe complications. There is a significant difference in operation time (P <0.01), split patella concentrator was better than the AO.And there is no significant difference in fracture healing time and knee function between the two groups.Conclusion:Both of AO tension band fixation and slipt-patella concentrator are excellent methods of patella fractures treatment.There is no significant difference in fracture healing time and knee function between the two groups.Split patellar concentrator is more simple and easy to operate, but the price and the difficulty of AO tension band grassroots promotional advantage, it should be selected according to the actual situation of the clinical. |
