| Objective: With the development of science and technology,the fracture of the tibia caused by traffic injuries is more and more common.Most patients with patellar fracture choose surgical treatment.With the popularization of surgical techniques,complications after internal fixation become common.The purpose of this paper is to review the relevant literature through a case report of a complex oboslete fracture of the inferior patella,to improve the understanding of the treatment of modern patella fracture and the treatment of postoperative complications,and to pay attention to the importance of reasonable treatment of postoperative complications of patella fracture.Methods: A case of complex oboslete fracture of the inferior patella is reported.Pubmed was used to retrieve relevant literature and summarize the clinical points of treatment of patellar fracture and complications after operation.Result: 1.There are many factors affecting patellar fracture healing,which can be divided into two categories: patient factors and treatment factors.Rational treatment of comprehensive patient factors will promote the recovery of limb function in fracture healing,and vice versa,affect the recovery of patients.2.Early diagnosis when complications occur,clear the causes,and active treatment are conducive to fracture healing and recovery of limb function.Conclusion: 1.Traction should be performed before operation for complex old patellar fracture.2.For complex old patellar inferior pole fracture,the effect of combined fixation with rivet,cable and hollow screw is better than that of simple tension band fixation. |
