Combining Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine Treatment Of Children’s Transient Synovitis Of The Hip In The Clinical Curative Effect Of Observation

Objective:Observation of combining traditional Chinese and western medic-ine treatment of children’s transient synovitis of the hip in the clinical curative effect. Using randomized grouping, children who suffer from transient synovitis of hip we observed will be divided into two groups, treatment group using Chinese medicine therapy (or-iginal juanbishujintang for external use)combined with western medicine therapy (lie in bed and banned activities, continuous skin traction, TPD physical therapy), control group only use western ther-apy. After treatment we compared bettween the two groups, discusses the TSH combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatmen-t of the clinical curative effect, and juanbishujintang, continuou-s skin traction,etc,all the treatment on the mechanism of action of TSH.Methods:Select the Wuhan children’s hospital orthopaedic ward from Aug-ust2010to August2011in line with hospital treatment for transie-nt synovitis of the hip of61cases,which45cases were male and16cases were female. Course of disease rang from1day to20days, All the cases were suffered from TSH for the first time, outside the hospital, all cases with no special treatment. Using randomized grouping, all cases were divided into two groups:the treatment group31cases, the control group30cases. The control group use western medicine therapy (lie in bed and banned activities, continuous skin traction,TPD physical therapy). The treatment group use original juanbishujintang for external use combined with western medicine therapy. After treatment, by observing of the time of pain relief, the time of movement disorders disappear, reexamine the hip type B ultra-sonic, record joint effusion completely absorbed time, record all cases’treatments. The two groups were retrospectively analysis total efficiency, cure rate, using variance analysis, t test, binomia-1distribution and other statistical methods to determine whether statistically have significance difference.Results:(1) Us ing t test, treatment group and comtrol group have no signi-ficant difference on age, course of disease and type B ultrasonic prompt how much effusion in hip joint (P>0.05), using binomial distribution, the two groups have no significant difference on gende-r (P>0.05). The two groups have comparability (see Table1)(2) After treatment, by observing of the time of pain relief and movement disorders disappear,the two groups have comparability (P <0.05). Using t test, the treatment group compared with of the contr-ol group, whith had a better curative effect on remission of symptom-s.(3)After treatment, hip joint effusion have different degree ab-sorption, compared before and after treatment there was significan-t difference (P<0.05). Record all cases’joint effusion completel-y absorbed time, using binomial distribution, two sets fo data is statistically significant (P<0.05), the result prompt the treatmen -t group was better than control group on promoting joint effusion.(4)Compared to two groups treatments, two sets fo data is statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group use more short time to cure the cases than the control group used.(5) Three mouths after discharge, we assessment the total effici-ency, cure rate, the treatment group cured28cases, accounting for90.32%, improved in3cases, accounting for9.68%, total effective31cases, accounting for100%. The control group cured23cases, acco-unting for76.67%, improved in7cases, accounting for23.33%, tot-al effective30cases, accounting for100%. Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy and western medicine therapy both have effect on TSH, the two groups have the same total effective rate, the treatment group cure rate higher than those in the control group.Using Rank sum test inspection compare the two groups,the differences on clinical curative effect are no statistically signif-icant(P>0.05),the treatment group have the same curative effect with the control group.Conclusion:1. Using statistical methods to analyze all cases the time of pain relief and the time of movement disorders disappear, statistica-1analysis results suggest that the treatment group use shorter time than the control group to relief the pain and dispel hip joint movement disorders. Combine traditional Chinese and western medici-ne therapy have better effect than western medicine therapy on alle-viate clinical symptoms.2. After treatment periodic review of hip joint type Bultrasoni-c, statistical analysis of two groups of children’s hip joint effu-sion completely absorbed time used, combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment in promoting joint fluid absorption is better than pure western medicine treatment.3. Statistical analysis the two group of the time of hospitaliza tion,combined treatment of TCM and Western Medicine can shorten hospitalization period.4. By the use of Chinese medicine therapy (original juanbishujin-tang for external use)combined with western medicine therapy (lie in bed and banned activities, continuous skin traction, TPD physical therapy) treat TSH. After treatment, observed the total effective rate and cure rate, use statistical methods to analysis and comparei-son, confirmed that combine traditional Chinese and western medic-ine treatment of children’s transient synovitis of the hip clinic-ally superior pure with western medicine treatment efficacy of considerable, the treatment group have higher cure rate than the control group,but statistical analysis of two group cure rate diffe-rence does not have statistical significance.
