ObjectiveLiver fibrosis in hepatitis B infected with hepatitis B virus, and Long-term chronic liver injury, lost his balance and lead to the formation and degradation of liver extracellular matrix (ECM), When the ECM to generate much larger than the degradation, the intrahepatic fibrous connective tissue pathological deposition, in which light is known as fibrosis. Doctors of Chinese medicine sector raised its etiology and pathogenesis is hot and humid Immunotoxin qi deficiency and blood stasis for their key. Professor Zhang Zhaoxi combined with years of clinical and Lingnan climate characteristics, to promote Yiqijiedu law, Professor Zhang Zhaoxi combined with years of clinical and Lingnan climate characteristics, to promote Yiqijiedu law, intended Fang Zhen Qi Ling Yu Decoction treatment of liver fibrosis of chronic hepatitis B with a certain degree of clinical efficacy, this study to further explore its effectiveness through clinical observation, provide new ideas for clinical and reference.MethodsSelect eligible patients for this clinical observation standard a total of80cases were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine group and control group. Treatment group40cases,40cases in the control group, control group oral Entecavir0.5mg once daily, six months for a period of observation. The treatment group was treated Zhen Qi Ling Yu Tang, a day, six months for a period of observation. To observe their clinical symptoms, liver function, hepatitis B virus markers, hepatic fibrosis serum markers in APRI, Fibroindex and B ultrasonic indicators of change.Results1、Points of TCM symptoms after treatment, the integral of the two sets of symptoms decreased significantly (P<0.05), but the treatment group has an advantage, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).2、Compare the results of liver function, after treatment, two groups of liver function were significantly improved (P<0.05) between the two groups was significant difference (P<0.05), suggesting that the treatment group to improve the liver function than the control group.3、the two groups after treatment of HBV-DNA volume decline in statistical significance (P<0.05), but the treatment group compared with control group of HBV-DNA changes in a significant difference (P<0.05). Prompt in the control group than the treatment group.4、the two groups after treatment, HA, Ⅳ-C and PC-Ⅲ were more than that before treatment a significant reduction (P<0.05), between the two groups, HA and Ⅳ-C to reduce the level of the treatment groups see good, the difference was significant (P<0.05).5、Ratio of the two groups before treatment, APRI, Fibrolndex values were decreased (P<0.05), but between the two groups to see the advantages of the treatment group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).6、Before and after treatment, the hepatic portal vein, spleen thick targets was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).7、Comparison of toxicity and side effects:There were no adverse reactions, toxicity and side effects.ConclusionsZhen Qi Ling Yu Tang can effectively reduce HBV-DNA index, but less in the control group.May improve the clinical symptoms of liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B and liver function, and reduce the efficacy of hepatic fibrosis markers. Although the treatment group in improving clinical symptoms, hepatic function and serum fibrosis makers in some areas better than the control group, But the Observation time is short, insufficient specimen volume, did not undergo liver histological examination directly evaluated, and can not fully explain the effect of anti-liver fibrosis chemotherapy Chinese medicine group than the control group, Zhen Qi Ling Yu Tang clinical efficacy and anti-liver fibrosisThe specific mechanism of action requires further observation.
