ObjectiveSenile Myocardial Ischemia (SMI) is associated extensively with various types of coronary heart diseases. In recent years, SMI has been very common in heart diseases. Asymptomatic ischemia can occur in approximately2-50%of SMI patients, therefore it can be easily neglected. The occurrence of acute myocardial infarction and Nature of sudden death is higher than Symptomatic disease myocardial ischemia. Asymptomatic ischemia does not occur by accident. A research has confirmed that when asymptomatic ischemia and angina pectoris occurs, they can stimulate Room wall motion abnormalities, change in heart functions and abnormalities in Myocardial electrical activity and Myocardial metabolism. Improper treatment can lead to severe arrhythmia cordis, heart attack or sudden death. Targeted at the population with high risks of SMI, we first uses acupoint acupuncture to stimulate the acupuncture point and Meridian of the gas, Coordination Yin and Yang. Start endogenous protection mechanism to dive recessive disorders adjustment, and decrease the chances of acute diseases(Such as heart surgery) and damages to the heart(Such as the heart grain pain, myocardial infarction and heart failure).This paper utilizes clinical Randomized controlled research. Through observating acupoint acupuncture team and Clinical observation group. we observe changes in electrocardiogram before and after a treatment and the improvement on the insufficient blood supply of coronary artery. We also study the effectiveness of Back-Shu acupoint acupuncture treatment so to discover possible new treatments for SMI.MethodThe clinical research method, prospective, randomized, controlled cl inical study method, setting up the sample diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria and standards for clinical trials suspended. We ran the chi-square test for both groups of samples after the treatment from electrocardiograms and noted that P<0.05, and that is statistically meaningful.ConclusionsThe research observes the changes in electrocardiograms for the treatment of Back-Shu acupoint acupuncture treatment to SMI, which increase the reliability and comparativeness of clinical research. Also, the treatment of Back-Shu acupoint acupuncture treatment has low cost, less side effects, more confidence from the patients and is more effective. The treatment should be applied and promoted further. As the population continues to be aware of and to pursue a higher quality in life and a healthier lifestyle, Acupuncture treatment beforehand will have the advantages of lower costs, easier application, less side effects and more effectiveness, which then will increase our population’s health level.
