| Objective:To testify berberine (Ber) has or not the protective effect on the infacted heart on the rat. And to explor initially the protective effect of berberine with the different doses have the different results.Methods:56Wistar rats were randomly divided into7groups, there were8rats in each group. There are the sham operation group, the model group, the berberine with100mg/kg group, the berberine with150mg/kg group, the berberine with200mg/kg group, the berberine with250mg/kg group and the Propranolol group. The rats were given drugs by the gavage method with different medicines and different dosees. All rats would be gavaged7days. And the frequency was one time a day. Using the thoracotomy and the coronary artery ligation to establish the myocardial infarction models on the second day after the first gavage. All rats were killed after measuring the relevant parameters of the heart functions. And the hearts and blood samples were collected for the analysis.Result:Berberine could improve obviously the function of the rats, and reduce the infarct and the ischemia sizes in the hearts of the rats. And it also decrease the level of LDH in the blood of the rats. And under the experimental conditions, the results of the groups of berberine different doses had significant difference.Conclusion:Berberine can significantly improve the function of the infarction heart in rats, and the function of berberine with different doses have significant difference. |
