Objective:To investigate the effects of perioperative intravenous application of nicorandil and nitroglycerin on myocardial protection in patients with acute myocardial infarctionMethods:141 patients were enrolled. The enrolled patients were randomly divided into 70 patients treated with nicorandil and 71 patients treated with nitroglycerin. The following items were reviewed in our hospital at 1 week postoperatively and 1 month after PCI:myocardial injury markers, plasma BNP,echocardiography;24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram;patient's angina attack.Compare whether the indicators have statistical differences.Results:1.There was no difference in the basic drug use between the two groups.2.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients in recording the peak concentration of myocardial injury markers(cTnI).3.There were statistical differences in plasma BNP values between the two groups.4.The comparison of cardiac echocardiographic indexes between the two groups showed statistical differences in wall motion integral index and left ventricular end-systolic volume index. There was no statistical difference in ejection fraction between the two groups..5.The number of TIMI frames corrected for infarction-related arteries in the two groups(CTFC)was statistically different.6.Myocardial staining grade(MBG)results were statistically different.7.There was no statistical difference between the two groups in the incidence of malignant arrhythmia.8.There was no statistical difference between the two groups in recurrent angina.Conclusions:1.Can improve the left ventricular infarction related parts of wall motion, inhibit ventricular dilation, help improve heart function;2.Did not increase the occurrence of malignant arrhythmia;3.The effect of relieving angina is better than or equal to that of nitroglycerin4.Improve coronary microcirculation.
