Objective: Compared with colposcopic diagnosis and biopsy-Pathological diagnosis, summarized the abnormal images under colposcopy, to understand the relationshipbetween abnormal images and cervical lesions,to explore the diagnostic value ofelectronic colposcopy in the cervical lesions and the clinical significance. Methods: Reviewed and analyzed863patients who underwent electronic colposcopyand biopsy in the Gynaecological Clinic of the First Hospital affiliated to DalianMedical University from January2011to August2013, extracted their generalinformations and colposcopic images, then the results of colposcopic diagnosis andhistopathological diagnosis were compared and analyzed. Results: There were863patients who underwent electronic colposcopy and biopsy.Under colposcopy,459cases were diagnosed as normal/chronic cervicitis,174caseswere diagnosed as CINI,127cases were diagnosed as CINII,103cases were diagnosedas CINIII. About pathological results,523cases were diagnosed as normal/chroniccervicitis,132cases were diagnosed as CINI,100cases were diagnosed as CINII,108cases were diagnosed as CINIII.Coincidence rate between colposcopic diagnosis andpathological diagnosis was83.31%. About cervical intraepithelial neoplasias, coincidence rate between colposcopic diagnosis and pathological diagnosis was71.78%,the sensitivity of colposcopy was85.29%, the specificity of colposcopy was79.01%, the false positive rate was20.99%, the false negative rate was14.71%. About CINI,coincidence rate between colposcopic diagnosis and pathological diagnosis was60.92%,the sensitivity of colposcopy was80.30%, the specificity of colposcopy was90.70%,the false positive rate was9.30%, the false negative rate was19.70%. AboutCINII-CINIII, coincidence rate between colposcopic diagnosis and pathologicaldiagnosis was80.00%, the sensitivity of colposcopy was88.46%, the specificity ofcolposcopy was94.66%, the false positive rate was5.34%, the false negative rate was11.54%. The colposcopy examination results and the pathological diagnosis results in ahigh degree of consistency(Kappa=0.729, P=0.000). The diagnostic accordance rate, sensitivity and specificity about colposcopy of CINII-III were significantly higher thanthose of CINI (P<0.05).Conclusions: Electronic colposcopy plays an important role in the diagnosis of cervicallesions; density acetic acid white epithelium, mosaic and white spot could be the logoimages of high level cervical lesions, we should on high alert; excessive diagnostic rateabout low level of lesions(≤CINI)was5.33%, under-diagnosed rate about high level oflesions (CINIII) was0, to avoid excessive diagnosis or missed diagnosis, butunder-diagnosed rate about moderate level of lesions was27.55%, subject to study andimprove; under-diagnosed rate about CINI was35.06%, patients who were diagnosednormal or chronic inflammation should be combined with HPV test.
