Part1The establishment of Access data bank of infectious disease of Central Nervous SystemObjective:To establish an access database bank of infectious disease of central nervous system, to save and manage the clinical materials related to the central nervous system of the patients of infectious diseases, and discussed its applied value.Methods:Through the understanding domestic and foreign research status of infectious disease of Central Nervous System, and the present situation of medical service and the clinical characteristics central nervous system infectious diseases of Gansu province, build the central nervous system infectious disease database by using the software of Access2007.Results:A database bank of the infectious disease of Central Nervous System having storage, sorting data, data input and output, query search, statistical analysis etc was built. We could complete the clinical data of patients with central nervous system infectious diseases of collecting, sorting, data and its entry in a short time, survey its epidemiology distribution and analyze its relevant factors, The database bank was successfully operated.Conclusion:The Access database bank has the very strong processing functions on clinical data of central nervous system infectious disease patient. The database will have the important role in clinical research, teaching, scientific research and clinical experience, etc, and provide (?) the information support for the further research of the retrospective and forward-looking. Part2Analysis of the related factors of prognosis of patients with Tuberculous meningitis (TBM)Objective:To analyze and discuss the influencing factors of prognosis of Tuberculous meningitis(TBM) with inspection of the cerebrospinal fluid and cerebral MRI;Methods:46cases with Tuberculous meningitis (TBM) was chosen from the database bank of infectious diseases of Central Nervous System that has been built, clinical information of these patients with Tuberculous meningitis(TBM) was carefully analyzed and researched. To study influencing prognosis of patients with Tuberculous meningitis (TBM) of the changes of cerebrospinal fluid parameters and nuclear magnetic resonance (MRI);Results:The changes of pressure、white blood cells、glucose, protein in the cerebrospinal fluid parameters and change of nuclear magnetic resonance on Tuberculous meningitis (TBM) has significant relationship with the prognosis of patients with Tuberculous meningitis(TBM);Conclusion:the influencing factors prognosis of patients with Tuberculous meningitis is diverse, The changes of white blood cells, glucose, protein in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) parameters and nuclear magnetic resonance (MRI) especially the hydrocephalus and cerebral infarction has a close relationship with the prognosis of patients with Tuberculous meningitis(TBM).
