Clinical Study Of Early Interventional Treatment Of A Qian Yang Yuyin Granula For Hypertension-related Cognitive Impairment

Objective:The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of Qian Yang Yuyin Granula in treating mild cognitive impairment associated with hypertensive cerebral white matter degeneration.The changes in the neuropsychological scale of patients before and after treatment reflect clinical efficacy,evaluate their safety,and further evaluate brain correlation between the degree of white matter degeneration and cognitive impairment and History of hypertension.Method:Forty patients with hypertension and mild cognitive impairment(MCI)who met the criteria for inclusion in this study were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a blank control group.The blank control group was given conventional western medicine for basic diseases such as antihypertensive and lipid-lowering treatment.The experimental group was given basic treatment for basic treatment.After 24 weeks of treatment,the relevant nerves before and after the experiment were compared.Psychological scale score,observe and record the occurrence of adverse reactions,and evaluate its efficacy and safety.At the same time,the relationship between the grade of white matter degeneration before treatment and the cognitive score was compared,and the correlation between its severity and cognitive impairment was analyzed.Results:Comparison of clinical treatment effects:There were no statistical differences in the gender,age,history of hypertension,education level,and scores of cognitive scales between the control group and the treatment group before treatment(P>0.05),which are comparable.The neuropsychological scale scores(including MMSE,MOCA,VaDAS-cog)of the treatment group and the control group were significantly different after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the daily life ability scale(ADL)and dementia rating scale(CDR)(P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the correlation between the white matter degeneration grade of the subjects and the MMSE and MOCA scores(P<0.05).Based on the results of this study,compared with the control group,the treatment group has a significant effect in improving the subject's service score.The difference between the two groups is statistically significant,indicating that Qian Yang Yuyin Granula has a role in treating hypertension-related cognitive impairment.A certain effect.Evaluation of safety indicators:There were no significant changes in hematuria,liver and kidney function,electrocardiogram,etc.in the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Three patients experienced mild adverse reactions,and did not experience allergies or other serious adverse reactions.Conclusion:The combination of Qian Yang Yuyin Granula and conventional western medicine treatment has obvious curative effect on hypertension-related cognitive impairment,which can delay the progress of white matter degeneration in patients,improve the patient's neuropsychological measurement score.Cognitive impairment,reliable safety,and small side effects are worth clinical promotion.The longer the history of hypertension is,the more serious the degree of leukoaraiosis is,and the lower the cognitive score is.For the cognitive disorder caused by hypertension,the brain MR examination can be performed regularly in the early stage to screen the leukoaraiosis,find the cognitive disorder in the early stage,and treat it early.
