Painless Colonoscopy For Senior People Clinical Analysis

Objective To investigate the safety, comfort and feasibility of the painless colonoscopy for elderly patients, and to provide scientific clinical evidence for the popularization and application of painless endoscopy in elderly patients.Materials And Methods To analysis the clinical data of557cases of painless and normal colonoscopy(120painless and317normal). The patients were divided into two groups, first is painless group, second group is normal group. And then Adult patients group(the age<60years) and elderly patients group(the age≥60years).Then comparative and analysis those groups of patient with the changes of vital signs, dosage of the Anesthesia medication, postoperative recovery time, the case that colonoscopy reach the ileocecus successfully and the spent time. Results:Painless cases were completed clinic colonoscopy examination successfully and safety, to check the vital signs before and after are no significant difference.Conclusion Come up with all results, the painless colonoscopy is safe for patients.the data for elderly patients, the technology of painless colonoscopy examination for effects is certainly good to elderly patients, and it is very helpful for the patients to reduce pain and it will help the results to become more accurate.
