Objective:To evaluate the safety and efficacy of esketamine combined with propofol in painless colonoscopy and its effects on postoperative dream and emotional state of patients.Methods:230 patients who underwent painless colonoscopy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, after 2 cases were eliminated, there was114 cases in each group. The experimental group was anesthetized with 0.5mg/kg esketamine combined with 2mg/kg propofol, and the control group was anesthetized with 1μg/kg fentanyl combined with 2mg/kg propofol. The average blood pressure(MBP),heart rate(HR),blood oxygen saturation(Sp O2),awakening time and orientation recovery time were observed at the three time points of admission(T1),first administration(T2)and end of examination(T3).Modified Brice questionnaire and modified Likert Dream score scale were used to determine the quality of patients’dreams(positive, neutral and negative),and emotional score scale(ES)was used to observe the emotional state of patients. Results:The HR and MBP of the experimental group at T2were higher than those of T1,while the HR and MBP of the control group at T2were lower than those of T1,P<0.05.The recovery time of awakening and orientation in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of positive dream in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the number of patients with excellent and best emotional score after operation in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Esketamine combined with propofol in painless colonoscopy can ensure stable breathing and circulation, short postoperative recovery time, quick recovery, good postoperative emotional state, and more inclined to report positive dreams. |
