Objective:To analyze the clinical application effect of different proportion of propofol and etomidate mixture in painless colonoscopy,and to provide experimental basis for the implementation of clinical painless colonoscopy anesthesia.Methods:One hundred and sixty patients who underwent painless colonoscopy were selected.They were randomly divided into group EP1:1(etomidate 10ml mixed with propofol 10ml,volume ratio 1:1),group EP1:2(etomidate 5ml mixed with propofol 10ml,volume ratio 1:2),group EP2:1(etomidate 10ml mixed with propofol 5ml,volume ratio 2:1)and group P(only propofol),with forty cases in each group.All the patients were given 0.1ug/kg sufentanil intravenously before the examination.Then,the group EP1:1,group EP1:2 and group EP2:1 were given 0.15ml/kg of propofol-etomidate mixture,group P was given 1.5mg/kg of propofol.In case of dynamic reaction during the examination,0.5mg/kg of propofol was added to the group P,and 0.05ml/kg of propofol-etomidate mixture was added to the other three groups.Record the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate and blood oxygen saturation at the beginning and the end of the examination;To observe the time of anaesthesia induction(T0),time for examination(T1)and time of awakening(T2);Record the times of drug addition,untoward effect and the satisfaction of anesthetic effect.Results:1.Vital signs:Compared with T0,all vital signs of patients in the four groups decreased at time T1(P<0.05).The decrease of blood pressure and oxygen saturation in group EP1:1,group EP1:2 and group EP2:1 was significantly lower than that in group P(P<0.05).2.Time of awakening:The group EP1:1 and group EP1:2 was significantly shorter than that in group EP2:1 and group P(P<0.05).3.The number of drug supplementation:The group EP1:1 and group EP1:2 were significantly lower than that in group EP2:1 and gruop P(P<0.05).4.Untoward effect:The incidence of injection pain hypotension and hypoxemia in group EP1:1,group EP1:2 and group EP2:1 was significantly lower than that in group P(P<0.05).The incidence of myoclonus and postoperative nausea and vomiting in the group EP1:1,group EP1:2 and group P was significantly lower than that in group EP2:1(P<0.05).5.The satisfaction of anesthesia effect of patients:The group EP1:1 was significantly higher than that in other three groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:When the volume ratio of the mixture of propofol and etomidate is 1:1,it can better maintain the patient’s breathing and circulation stability,and the patients can wake up quickly,have fewer adverse reactions,and have high satisfaction with the anesthetic effec.It is a safe and effective anesthesia scheme,which is worthy of being widely used in clinical practice. |
