Objective:To study the correlation between the major allergens fragment of Penaeus Wannamei Boone proteins and child atopic demiatitis(AD)Methods:Skin prick test with Penaeus Wannamei Boone proteins was applied to AD group and normal control group,the children with positive results took oral Penaeus Wannamei Boone stimulation test,those who are allergic to Penaeus Wannamei Boone took western blot test to find out the major allergens frament from the Penaeus Wannamei Boone’s total proteins. Results:In Skin prick test,46 of 158 AD patients have positive results,and2 of 36 health controls have Positive results;In oral Penaeus Wannamei Boone stimulation test, of the case group 36 were positive,8 were negative and 2 were lost to follow-up;all of the normal control group were negative. Western blot test to case group show 29 samples were positive in reaction with 36kDa amino acid sequence and 11 samples were positive with 40. 1kDa amino acid sequence,11 samples were positive with 20kDa amino acid sequence.The positive rate was significantly different in 36kDa amino acid sequence than 40.1kDa and 20kDa amino acid sequence(χ2=14.09,P<0.001),there was no-sgnificantly difference between the positive rate in 40.1kDa and 20kDa amino acid sequence(χ2=0.00,P=1.00).Condusion:The major allengens fragment of Penaeus Wannamei Boone proteins was 36kDa amino acid sequence(tropomyosin) and it may has a positive correlationwith AD.
