Allergy Testing And Analysis In Adults With Atopic Dermatitis In Yanbian Area

Objective:To investigate levels of total IgE, sIgE in serum and the allergen species in adults with atopic dermatitis in Yanbian area,in order to provide the basis for prevention and treatment.Methods:200adults with AD (Korean Nationality100cases, Han Nationality100cases)were selected during March,2008to March,2011in Yanbian hospital outpatient, and52normal adults were selected as control group.sIgE and IgE of200adults cases in atopic dermatitis were assayed by immunoblotting and the detection results of Korean and Han nationality were compared with chi-square test.Results:Among the200tested AD adult patients,the total serum levels IgE of adults group121cases (Korean Nationality54cases,Han Nationality67cases),and the special IgE of adults group78cases (Korean Nationality33cases,Han nationality45cases) increased significantly (Normal value<100IU/ml).There was no significant difference between the Korean and the Han nationality(P>0.05).The positive allergens of adults are sequentially house dust mites and dust mites, penicillium notatum spores of aspergillus fumigatus alternaria branch, short ragweed wormwood, cockroach and fish prawn crab.The positive inhaled allergens were sequentially house dust mites and dust mites, penicillium notatum spores of aspergillus fumigatus alternaria branch, short ragweed wormwood, cockroach;The positive food allergens were sequentially fish prawn crab,wheat,cashews peanuts soybean,milk.Conclusion:(1)There is no significant difference about the total IgE and slgE between the Korean and Han nationality group in Yanbian.(2)The paroxysm of AD with adults in yanbian aera have relations between inhaled allergens and food allergens.(3)The positive allergens of AD in adults in Yanbian aera are sequentially house dust mites and dust mites, penicillium notatum spores of aspergillus fumigatus alternaria branch, short ragweed wormwood, cockroach, fish prawn crab.
