ObjectiveIn this study, cervical disc herniation in patients with symptoms, symptom scores for objective indicators, through the observation of positioning and rotatory manipulation in treating cervical disc herniation clinical efficacy, to investigate its validity and its therapeutic mechanism.MethodsThis topic take the randomized method, will meet the inclusion criteria of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group32cases,32cases of the control group. Treatment group adopts positioning and rotatory manipulation for treatment, the control group using conventional inclined wrench therapy. The two groups were observed before and after treatment, clinical manifestations, and according to the two group of symptoms before and after treatment, symptoms integral change on the efficacy of comprehensive evaluation methods.ResultsAfter treatment, two group itself before and after treatment there was a significant difference (P<0.05). The total effective rate in treatment group93.75%, control group, the total efficiency of81.25%, two group efficiency had significant difference (P<0.05); both the cure rate (9.38%in the treat-ment group, control group3.13%). There was significant difference (P<0.05).ConclusionPositioning and rotatory manipulation in treating cervical disc hernia-tion in terms of efficacy is significantly superior to conventional oblique wrench method, is safe, effective treatment methods, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life, worthy of clinical application.
