Objective:The purpose of this study is to use modern scientific methods to explore the relationship between TCM syndrome and hypertension, antihypertensive drugs and program efficacy, provide the basis for the dialectical choice of step-down program.method:Collection2008to2011, First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Eniversity of Traditional Chinese Medicine Cardiovascular Division hospital first diagnosed with the syndrome differentiation typing of hypertensive patients taking antihypertensive drug type, as well as one week after the drop in blood pressure, respectively, comparison difference between the type of cach card, as well as the drop in blood pressure before and after treatment among the step-dowm program.Results:1. Patients observed in this topic, phlegm retention syndrome a total of418cases, accounting for55%; Liver Yang Ascending Syndrome, a total of271cases, accounting for about36%. Of sec TCM syndrome than the type of blood pressure constitute statistically significant; insufficient kidncy syndrome group the highest average age of patients, approximately53%of patients aged over70years old. Age and the age and hypertension classification were not statistically significant.2. The observation of the subject patients with coronary heart disease in142cases, accounting for20%;199cases of diabetes mellitus, accounting for27%of93cases; with cerebrovascular accidents, accounting for13%; with dyslipidemia who There are about40%of286cases. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complicationse as33%. 3. In phlegm retention syndrome, diureties, diastolic blood pressur. decrcased more significantly(P=0.010, P=0.006); the joint use of two drugs calcium channel blocker+β receplor bolckers joint programs in systolie bolld pressure decline better, there are statistically significant (P=0.04); the joint use of three drugs, calciun antagonists+ACEI+diuretic program DBP value and dccline than are higher, was statistically significant (P=0.003, P=0.003); the joint use of the four step-down program in the use of calium antagonists+ACEI+diuretic+beat receptor blockers and calcium antagonists+the ARB+diuretic+beta receptor blockade agent two options are better than that of the liver yang card (P=0.030, P=0.020).4.Liver Yang Ascending Syndrome calcimu antagonists, ACE inhibitors, ARB blood pressure decreased singificantly compared with other groups, but no statistically singificant (P>0.05); combination of two drugs, calcium antagonists+of ACEI joint programs in systolic blood pressure decreased signiticantly (P=0.037); joint program of the three drugs, calcium antagonists, the ARB and beta blockers diastolic blood pressure fell significantly (P=0.032).5. Insufficient kidney certificate program was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:high bolld pressure drugs and programs on the different role of different TCM syndromes, syndrome differentiation type an be used as clinicians basis for selection of antihypertensive drugs and programs to increaes efficacy, reduce side effcets of drugs.
