Clinical Observation On The Improvement Of Dysphagia Due To Pseudobulbar Palsy By The Yiqihuoxue Method Combined With The Mountain Burning Fire Acupuncture Method In The Acute Stage Of Ischemic Stroke

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of Yiqihuoxue Method(Zhongfengxingnao liquid)combined with Mountain burning fire acupuncture Method(Tongue Three-acupoint Embedding)in the treatment of dysphagia due to pseudobulbar palsy in the acute stage of ischemic stroke.Methods:60 patients in our hospital who meet the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with basic Western medicine treatment,and the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Zhongfengxingnao liquid and Tongue Three-acupoint Embedding on the basis of Western medicine treatment.Course of treatment for 21 days with four observation points,Before and after 7 days、14 days and 21 days of treatment,and the swallowing ability of the two groups was assessed by Kubota drinking test、Kubota swallowing ability test,SSA and EAT-10.Finally,all the data were collected and analyzed by SPSS22.0 software to evaluate the efficacy.Results:1.Overall efficacy comparison: two groups of patients evaluated by the Kubota drinking test and Kubota swallowing ability test,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05)and comparable between two groups of patients.By the Kubota drinking test,the cure rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the two groups has the similar effective rate.By the Kubota swallowing ability test,the cure rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the two groups has the similar effective rate.Both of two evaluation methods showed that the total effective rate(cure / apparent efficiency + effective rate)in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the ineffective experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group.2.SSA and EAT-10 score: The two groups were graded in two ways,The score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups after 7 days of treatment,and the effect of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group after 14 days,and the difference between groups was statistically significant.The overall effect of the experimental group(Western medicine treatment+traditional Chinese medicine treatment)is better than that of the control group(Western medicine treatment).3.Safety analysis: there were no serious adverse reactions related to the treatment in the two groups.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion:According to this clinical observation,the therapeutic effect of Yiqi huoxue Method(oral Chinese medicine Zhongfengxingnao liquid)combined with mountain burning fire acupuncture Method(three needle laryngeal acupuncture)on dysphagia due to pseudobulbar palsy in the acute stage of ischemic stroke is definite.The improvement of dysphagia evaluation in the experimental group is better than that in the control group.The results of this clinical observation suggest that the combination of Yiqihuoxue Method and mountain burning fire acupuncture Method can significantly improve the dysphagia due to pseudobulbar palsy and of obvious therapeutic effect on clinic,and can be used in clinical treatment safely and effectively.
