Clinical Research On The Thermosensitive Piont Moxibustion In The Treatment Of Periarthitis Of Shoulder

ObjectivesThis research plans to use Thermosensitive Piont Mosibustion To to cure the periarthritis of shoulder, compared to the traditional Mosibustion treatment, observs the clinical effect of Thermosensitive Piont Mosibustion therapy on Periarthitis of shoulder.Methods60cases periarthritis of shoulder patients were divided into two groups, Treatmeng group and contral group. The treatment group using Thermosensitive Piont Mosibustion combined with acupuncture therapy, the other group using traditional Mosibustion combined with acupuncture treatment. this reserch proceed based on the general same condition of two groups of patients. Assesses shoulder in the pain、functional activities and activities of daily before and after treatment. Data is analyzed with SPSS16.0software after the end of the research, count data using the chi-square test, measurement data in groups and the groupwithin respectively using independent samples t-test and paired t-test, grade data using Radit analysis.Result1.30cases respective of treatment group and control group have no significant difference(P>0.05) in gender, age, course. of disease.2.Berore treatment, two groups of patients of shoulder pain and funcion scores and ADL was no significant difference, indicating that two sanmples can besynchronized test.3. after treatment, two groups of patients with pain scores, functional evaluationg and ADL scores were greatly improved, prompting that the two methods are effective for treatment of frozen shoulder,but the dfficacy of the treatment group is better than the control group,the difference was statistically significance(P<0.01) ConclusionThe patients who have the periarthritis of shoulder came on was affecting the quality of theirlives and work, the traditional acupuncture and moxibustiong have already achieved indeed efficasy in the treatment of frozen shoulder, the therapy of and traditional Mosibustion both could relieve the pain of shoulder joint, improve the movement of shoulder joint and increase the function scale of shoulder joint and ADL, but the efficacy of Thermosensitive Piont Mosibustion treatment is better than traditional acupuncture treatment. The therapy has clinical popularization value, worthy of clinical promotion.
