The Experimental Study Of The Expression About TNF-α,IL-17,VEGF In The Rats With Diabetic Nephropathy And The Effect Of Yangyinqingre Decoctions On It

Objective: To observe the effect of Yangyinqingre Decoctions (YYQR) on theRenal function, glucose and lipid metabolism and blood, urine protein, and inflammatoryfactors to the rats with diabetic nephropathy(DN), further investigate the protective effectof traditional Chinese medicine on the the rats with diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods: Normal control group was established in10randomly selected from60SD rat, Another50rats were used to establish diabetic nephropathy models, The modelwas induced by feeding with high fat diet and STZ (sireptozotocin) produced byintraperitoneal injection. Diabetic nephropathy model rats were randomly divided into3groups: model group, Yangyinqingre Decoctions group, rosiglitazone group. Cured for12weeks, the general situations of these rats were observed before and after treatment. Afterthe treatment, some indices were detected including Blood glucose, Fasting insulin (FINS),Serum creatinine,24hours urine volume, urine protein, Blood lipid, measured theexpression of the Serum Tumor Necrosis Factor-α (TNF-α) and Interleukin-17（IL-17）,vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF）, the kidneys were harvested to weight,calculated index of kidney hypertrophy, observe the renal pathological changes.Result: Compared with model group, body weight, blood glucose, Fasting insulin(FINS), serum creatinine,24hours Urine volume, urine protein, Blood lipid ofYangyinqingre Decoctions group significantly improved, the serum Tumor NecrosisFactor-α (TNF-α) and Interleukin-17（IL-17）, vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF）were decreased, the kidney organization pathology damage reduces obviously. Conclusion: The therapy of Yangyinqingre Decoctions could improve the generalstate of experimental rats with diabetic nephropathy (DN), regulates glucose-lipidmetabolism, fasting insulin levels, urine protein, It indicated that YangyinqingreDecoctions had the ability to inhibit extra express of TNF-α, IL-17, VEGF in the rats withdiabetic nephropathy(DN), improved renal function, reduced the damage of renalpathology. The results indicated a certain protection renal damage in the rats with diabeticnephropathy (DN).
