Microcirculation regulation is the basis of orderly operation for circulation system.Metabolic regulation is one of the main regulative ways of microcirculation. Capillaries arethe regulative and functional units (capillary units)at the terminal of the metabolicregulation, and they are the important parts to achieve the microcirculation regulation. However, due to the relative scarcity of situ detection methods in capillary units, it isdifficult to understand the dynamic characteristics in the microcirculation. Exchangingsubstances between capillaries and histiocytes is the main function of microcirculation.Even though, its precise mechanism has not been illustrated so far. Therefore, it is still anoteworthy work to research on the mechanism of microcirculation regulation. This paper aims at provide experimental demonstrations to our theory in the metabolicregulation, meanwhile provide observation methods to dynamic blood flow ofmicrocirculation system. Firstly, in order to speculate the dynamic blood flow of capillariesclusters, macroscopic-experiments and observations was carried out on the local system ofthe microcirculation in different human body situs. This paper continuously measured theblood flow of human skin in different body positions and analyzed the autoregulation ofmetabolic regulation. Secondly, macroscopically measured the dynamic blood flow ofcapillaries clusters at different human body situs. Investigated and analyzed the dynamiccharacteristic of blood flow systematically and discussed the mechanism of thecharacteristic based on the theory of metabolic regulation. Finally, in order to answer howthe microcirculation automatically distributing and regulating the blood flow according tothe changes of metabolism status in body tissues, this paper tested and observed thedynamic blood flow of capillaries clusters in three metabolic levels caused by resting, walking and running. Then analyzed the changes of continuous fluctuation characteristic ofblood flow, and deeply explored the reasons for those changes. Try to explain theachieve-process of those changes in the role of metabolic regulation. These works provide a practical example of experimental study to the macroscopic-measurements ofmicrocirculation blood flow, and also prove that people can use the macroscopic-methodsto analyze the function of microcirculation regulation.
