Microcirculation regulation is the basis of unified regulation and orderly operation of circulation system. Metabolic regulation is one of the main regulative ways in the microcirculation. Capillaries are the regulative and functional units (capillary units)at the terminal of the metabolic regulation, and they are the important parts to achieve the microcirculation regulation. However, due to the relative scarcity of situ detection methods in capillary units, it is difficult to understand the dynamic characteristics in the microcirculation. Exchanging substances between capillaries and histiocytes is the main function of microcirculation. Even though, its precise mechanism has not been illustrated so far. Therefore, it is still a noteworthy work to research on the mechanism of microcirculation regulation.This paper, according to our new theory in the metabolic regulation, mainly studied on the two problems that have been mentioned above. Firstly, it focused on the blood flow detection of the functional units of metabolic regulation. By a scatheless measurement, the paper tested the dynamic blood flow of capillary clusters macroscopically. Secondly, it established the theoretic relationship between the determination results and the microcosmic blood flow of capillaries. It got a method of measuring the dynamic blood flow of a capillary unit. This would be able to play a role in experimental study for the microcirculation regulation. Finally, based on the theory of microcirculation metabolic regulation, this paper analyzed the shock as a representative for the diseases of circulatory disturbance by simulation, which is expected to provide a useful tool for evaluating effects of clinical treatments. Based on the simulated analysis of the microcirculation regulation, it also discussed the physiological and pathological phenomena by the model of microcirculation blood flow regulation. It is expected to become an effective way to analyze the microcirculation state after further improvement.
