The public health system of Republic Of China is not achieved overnight, it originated in the late qing dynasty, after the northern government the preliminary development period, to the nanjing national government period before a complete set up. This paper, from the public health administrative system, the public health service system, the health care epidemic prevention system three aspects to present the general situation of the public health system.
