| Background: aging is organism for the growth of the age and produce morphology and physiologicalfunction of irreversible degenerative change, delay ageing is not changed from the human desire. Sportscan be anti-aging already is the fact that does not dispute, human movement is one of the hot spot in thestudy of science, and the type of movement in the most effective way to slow the aging but there are manycontroversial.Objective: this study through the different ways of batch swimming-half of lactose to D aging micesports training. Analysis of the different ways of aging mice intermittent swimming free radical metabolismand antioxidant enzymes activity influence. What movement to explore the most effective way to slow theaging.Methods: new purchased mice D-half of lactose to aging made mode. Will die successful aging madeof mice random into four groups and each group of10only:(1) the control group (OC), aging withoutweight intermittent movement group2(OS),(3) weight intermittent movement group (OL),(4) no weightintermittent movement and weight intermittent movement alternate group (OSOL), according to thedifferent ways of intermittent movement for six weeks training. After training, will the mice weighing, putto death, remove respectively gastrocnemius muscle and myocardial, inspection organizationmalondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px),total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) index. All data for the statistical processing software SPSS13.0.Results:(1) the aging without weight intermittent movement group the MDA content and agingcompared significantly (P﹤0.05); SOD, T-AOC increased significantly (P﹤0.05); CAT, GSH-Px,activity increased significantly (P﹤0.01).(2) aging weight intermittent movement group compared with aging MDA content is reduced, but thedifference was not significant (P>0.05); SOD, CAT, active, T-AOC rise not obvious (P>0.05); GSH-Pxactivity increased significantly (P﹤0.05).(3) in the exercise group alternately the MDA content and aging with significant decline the controlgroup (P﹤0.05); SOD, CAT, GSH-Px activity, T-AOC all have significantly increased (P﹤0.01). Conclusion: three different load of intermittent movement way to slow the aging has certain effect.No weight intermittent movement although can improve the organization of antioxidant enzymes activity,but anti-ageing effects do not have significant; Weight intermittent movement for the organization and theinfluence of free radicals of antioxidant enzymes not evident; Alternating movement to the bodyorganization free radicals metabolism and antioxidant enzymes than without the influence of loading theintermittent movement and weight intermittent movement all, delay the ageing of the most obvious role. |
