Research objective: in order to study the effect of clam extract on one-time sports injuries mice anti-fatigue. The experiment by measured the relevant anti-oxidant and anti-exercise-induced fatigue indicators of clam extract role in this regard, in order to clam extract in the sports field and provide a theoretical basis for the development and utilization.Research Methods: The male Kunming mice were studied in this experiment, 60 mice were randomly divided into six groups, namely the control group, low-volume group, high-volume group, exercise control group, low-volume exercise group, high-volume exercise groups ,each group has 10 rats. Low-volume group, high-volume group, low-volume exercise group, high-volume exercise group were ig clam extract 10g/kg (low dose), 20g/kg (high dose).Blank control group, movement control group were fed an equal volume of NS. After 15 consecutive days .he blank control group mice, low-volume group, high-volume group were killed, then took blood of eyes. A one-time exhaustive swimming test was done on the remained three groups of mouse. Exhaustive swimming immediately after taking eye blood。Six groups of mice were measured in serum CK, BLA, CAT enzymes and erythrocyte antioxidant enzymes SOD, MDA values.Results:(1) In terms of swimming time high, low-volume exercise group were significantly longer than exercise control group.(2) Quiet state to add clam extract is lower than the CK group of mice control group, BLA value of no difference. Immediately after exhaustive exercise in mice in each group of serum CK, BLA significantly increased. Taking clams extract higher rate of mice was significantly lower than movement control group。(3) The quiet state of high and low volume taking clam extract groups of mice CAT activity increased as compared with the blank control group, and in order to enhance the high-volume group than in the extremely obvious. Immediately after exhaustive exercise group compared with blank control group,the value of a high CAT enzyme. High and low doses clam extract groups of mice CAT activity was significantly higher than the exercise control group and blank control group。(4) In the quiet state, the SOD activity of taking the clam extract high-volume group was significantly higher than the low volume group and blank control group, but there is no significant difference between the low volume group and blank control group. Immediately after exhaustive exercise erythrocyte SOD activity were significantly lower than pre-exercise resting levels. But the high-volume exercise group SOD activity is relatively high, there are significant differences.(5) In quiet state, taking the high-volume group of clam extract the value of mouse red blood cell MDA values lower than the other two groups. Immediately after exhaustive exercise immediately after exhaustive exercise MDA values of the three groups of mice were significantly increased when compared with quiet, but the high and low dose groups were higher in smaller。Conclusion: The clam extract can extend the exhaustive swimming time of mice; reduction of serum CK, BLA level; improve high-body antioxidant enzymes SOD, CAT activity; reduce the lipid peroxidation, MDA levels. The writer speculated that these has a good effect on the environment of the body, relative stability and the body's normal metabolic processes , there is a strong anti-oxidation, so that the body generates free radicals less clear increase. Lipid peroxidation, oxygen free radicals to reduce the degree of cell damage,thus inhibiting the occurrence of exercise-induced fatigue. And added to high-dose effect is good.
