Overview: metabolic disorders characterized by chronic hyperglycemiaof diabetes by a variety of causes, accompanied by abnormal insulin secrtionand/or che role of defects caused by the sugar,fat and protein metabolism.Merforin can reduce the type II diabetic patients, fasting and porsprandialhyperglycemia,HbA1c decreased by1%to2%;GLP-1signficantly improvedanimal models or in patients with type II diabetes blood glucose throughmultiple mechanisms, including the promotion of pancrestic β cellsregeneration and repair,increasing the role of the islet β cell number isparticularly significant; Byetta of the injection (exenatide injection) can notonly play a glucose concentration-dependent hypoglycemic effect,but also toprotect the beta cells,thereby delaying type II diabetes progress, bring newhope for the anti-diabetic treatment.Objective: Compartison of the single use of metformin combined withmetformin taken injection in the treatment of type II diabetes mellitusclinical efficacy (before and after the treatment, fasting bloodglucose,postprandial, postprandial blood glucose and glycosylatedhemoglobin2h glycerin three greases(TG),total cholesterol (TC) level) haveno diference.Methods: Randomly divided into two groups: metformin taken injectionin40patients as treatment group, only38cases as the control group withmetformin. Between the two groups before treatment,gender,age,fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin2h,bodymass indexshowed no significant difference; The course of treatment was8weeks.Patients were observed during the treatment of liver,renalfunction,blood,urine routine change detection of patients before and aftertreatment,fsting blood glucose,postprndial blood glucose and glycosylatedhemoglobin2h glycerin three greses(TG),totalcholesterol(TC) level.Results:(1)Treatment for8weeks in two groups after the glucose standardrate compared to FPG<7.0mmol/L,2hPG>9.0mmol/L,HbA1c>7%for optimumblood sugar control effectively,the treatment group of35cases of bloodglucose control standard,standard rate of87.5%,comparedto the control groupin24cases of blood sugar control standard,standard rate of63.16%,two groupsof glycemic control ualified rate there was a significant difference(P<0.05).(2)8weeks after the treatment,the treatment group2h postprandial plasmaglucose, glycosylated hemoglobin significantly decreased(P<0.05); thecontrol group2hPG, HbA1c was lower than those before therapy (P <0.05).2hPG, HbA1c after treatment between the two groups had significant difference(P <0.05).(3)In treatment group, TG TC, LDL significantly decreased (P <0.05);HDL elevated compared with those before treatment (P <0.05), group TC, TG,LDL was lower than those before therapy (P <0.05), in which TG aftertreatment in the two groups had significant difference (P <0.05) Conclusions: Metformin taken injection on type2diabetes mellitustreatment result is single with metformin, for FPG,2hPG, HbA1c, TC, TG, LDL,HDL indexes have significant difference, worthy of clinical application.
