Comparative Analysis Of Adverse Reactions Of Generic And Original Research Moxifloxacin Injection

Objective:Comparative analysis the difference of domestic quinolones Moxifloxac-in Hydrochloride Injection and Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride and Sodium Chloride Injection in adverse drug reaction / events.Methods:1 The use of Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride Injection and Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride and Sodium Chloride Injection in a hospital from April 2014 to Feburary 2017 was collected,and the adverse drug reaction was reported.the observation group and control group were classified.2 Comparative analysis of the reported adverse drug reaction data according to incidence,basic situation of personnel,disease and adverse reaction types.Results:1 The observation group reported 67 cases of adverse drug reaction /events,involving the skin,blood vessels,heart,digestion,nerve spirit and many other systems.The control group reported 8 cases of adverse drug reaction / events,involving the urinary,nerve and the skin system.The incidence of adverse events was 7.25 % in observation group and 1.77 % in control group(P< 0.01);2 The mean age of 67 patients in the observation group was 62.24±16.32 years,the maximum was 96 years,the youngest was 21 years;21 men(31.34 %),46 women(68.66 %).The average age of adverse events / events in the control group was 55.00±19.67 years old,the maximum was 88 years old,and the youngest was 29 years old.5 men(62.50%),3 women(37.50%);3 Analysis of disease,46 cases of respiratory tract infection in observation group(68.66 %),8 cases of urinary system infection(11.94%),5 cases of soft tissue infection(7.46 %),3 cases(4.48%)of biliary system infection indigestive tract,no clear infection site 5 cases(7.46 %).In the control group,6cases(75.00%),urinary system infection 1 case(12.50%),no clear infection site 1 case(12.50%).4 The most adverse events in the observation group were phlebitis(35.82 %),followed by the digestive system abnormal 13 cases(19.40 %),nausea and vomiting,the third most adverse reaction was the cardiac abnormal10 cases(14.93%),the fourth was the mental system abnormal 8 cases(11.94%).The most patients in the control group were phlebitis(37.50%),the second was the rash and itching in 2 cases(25.00%),the third was the abnormal nervous system,dizziness,renal dysfunction,1 case.Conclusions:1 The incidence of adverse reactions / events in the observation group was 7.25%,the incidence of adverse reactions / events in the control group was 1.77%,and the incidence of adverse reactions in moxifloxacin hydrochloride injection was higher than that of moxifloxacin hydrochloride sodium chloride injection.2 Observation group of adverse reactions to the type of phlebitis,excessive infusion may be one of the causes of phlebitis.Other major adverse reactions are nausea,vomiting,palpitation,heart discomfort,mental disorders,hallucinations.
