| Objective To explore of the Cardiovascular function in oxycodone hydrochloride injection advance analgesia for laparoscopic. Methods Choose 60 patients with laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia as the research object, ASA â… ï½ž â…¡ grade, ages 18 to 65 years,of which the duration of the must be above 60 min. The cases are divided into 3 groups (20 cases each group):oxycodone group (Q group) and fentanyl group (F group) and the control group (C group). Q group 5 min before laparoscopic give oxycodone hydrochloride injection for a 0.1 mg/kg, group F fentanyl 1 ug/kg before laparoscopic, saline before laparoscopic group C 0.1 ml/kg. All cases are intubated vetilation after intravenous induction anesthesia. After intubation with propofol, fentanyl and atracurium constant speed infusion to maintain anesthesia. The rate of gas injection at 1-21/min, controled the pressure of pneumoperitoneum at 12 mmhg, Adjusting the respiratory data to maintain the PETCO2 level of at 35~40 mmhg, SPO2 fluctuate 98% with 100%. Recorded theHRã€SBPã€DBPã€BISã€pHã€PaO2ã€PaCO2 before anesthesia (TO),5 min before laparoscopic (T1),5ã€10ã€20 min after pneumoperitoneum (T2ã€T3〠T4), Recorded the service condition of the vascular active drugs during the period of observation. Results there were no statistically significant difference in general data, pH,PaCO2.there was no difference in interblock of PaO2,BIS.Compared with T0, both of the HR, SBP, DBP in T1 decreased obviously in three groups, the HR, SBP, DBP of F and C group in T2-T4 was increased, there was no statistical significance differences of the HR, SBP, DBP of Q group in T2-T4; Compared with group C, the HR, SBP, DBP of Q and F group in T2-T4 was decreased; Compared with group F,the HR, SBP, DBPof Q group in T2-T4 was decreased. The comparison group, Q group use the total incidence of minimum asoactie drugs, there was no statistically significant difference in F and CgroupConclusion Oxycodone advanced injection can effectively inhibit the early cycle response of pneumoperitoneum. |
