Objective To study of the dropsy and ischemia changing around the hemorrhage after the acute phase,the changing of brain water content, ischemia region and apoptosis on rats cerebral hemorrhage models are observed in different time spot。Methods Forty five healthy male SD rats and weighting nearly 200g were divided into five groups according to the operating time(3d,5d,7d,14d,21d).There are nine in each group(3 control+6 model). Using the improved method that the body artery blood being injected into the rats' brain, we test the brain water content, dyeing with TTC and examine the Apoptosis with TUNEL in different time spot:3d 5d 7d 14d 21d.To compared with that the change of the dropsy and ischemia around cerebral hemorrhage in different time spot.Results 1.TTC dyeing:Around the hematoma the color of Infarction space expands gradually 14d later is remarkable (3d group:0.31±0.06mm;14d group2.03±0.13mm;p<0.01). The hematoma area reduces gradually.14d later is remarkable(3d group:19.17±1.52 mm2; 14d group:6.91±0.59mm2;p<0.01).2.Brain water content:The experimental group is higher than the control group (3d experimental group:82.23±2.71%;3d control group:68.56±1.70%; p<0.01);3-7days the brain water content arrives at the maximum level, then it drops and it is roughly invariable after 14 days(3d group:82.23±2.71%;14d group 72.98±1.81%;p<0.01).3.Apoptosis:The experimental group is higher than the control group (3d experimental group:20.25±2.50个; 3d experimental group:1.90±0.51个; p<0.01); 3~14days apoptosis continue to express high.14 days later starts to drop (3d group:20.25±2.50个; 14d group: 15.55±2.60个; p<0.05) Conclusion 1.The region around cerebral hemorrhage in rats is one kind of dropsy and ischemia mixing zone.3~14 days it is mainly the dropsy, after 14days,dropsy is roughly constant, it is mainly the ischemia.2.The ischemic changing of neurons in the region around cerebral hemorrhage were significantly and apoptotic cells increased after 14 days. In addition to factors that ischemia, hypoxia that initiate apoptosis, and other factors and how to effectively induced apoptosis in anti-apoptosis needs further study.3.Using the improved autologous blood injection rat model of cerebral hemorrhage can increase blood injection in the basis of ensuring the survival of rats. Comparing to the traditional model of cerebral hemorrhage in the preparation method has obvious advantages.
