Objective:1.Discussing the clinical significance of serum markers D-dimer, BNP incombinstion on NSTEMI;2. Comparing and analysising clinical data in the patients’ NSTEMI groupversus STEMI group, UA group;3. Strengthening the knowledge and understanding, reducing miss or lossdiagnosis of NSTEMI;Subjects and Methods:Research subjects: A retrospective analysis of31patients diagnosed asNSTEMI,admitted in CCU in Bethune First Hospital Cardiovascular Centerfor treatment in2011,in which female10, male21;46patients diagnosed as UA,in which female16, male31;48patients diagnosed as STEMI, in which female12, male36. Statistical methods: using SPSS17.0analysis software for dataprocessing of measurement data, measurement data were expressed as mean士SD(standard deviation),using analysis of variance(ANOV/ANOVA)and LSDtesting for comparing significant difference of means between groups, numeration data were expressed with rate and ratio. The Pearson x2test and theFishcer’s exact test were used. P <0.05expresses statistical significance,P<0.01expresses significant statistical significance.Results:1.Compareing patients in NSTEMI group with UA group, heart rate washigher in NSTEMI group(p=0.039);more patients in UA group had CHDhistory than patients in NSTEMI and STEMI group(p=0.000);Compareing patients in UA group with STEMI group, more patients had MI history in UAgroup(p=0.03);2. cTnI in STEMI group was higher than the other two groups (pUA=0;pNSTEMI=0.047); CK-MB in UA group was significantly lower than the othertwo groups (pSTEMI=0; pNSTEMI=0); cTnI in NSTEMI and UA group with nosignificant difference (p=0.064);3. NT-proBNP in NSTEMI group significantly higher than NT-proBNP inSTEMI group and UA group(pSTEMI=0.008, pUA=0.003); D-dimer was nosignificantly difference between three groups;4. Compareing patients in1artery group with3arteries group,cTnI higherin3arteries group(p=0.026);compareing patients in2arteries group with3arteries group, NT-proBNP significantly higher in3arteries group(p=0.002);NT-proBNP significantly higher in3arteries group than that in2arteries group(p-0.001);5. Compareing patients in STEMI group with UA group, fasting bloodglucose higher in STEMI group(p=0.011); Na+in STEMI group higher thanNa+in UA group(p=0.034);WBC in STEMI group higher than WBC in UAand NSTEMI group(pUA=0.000;pNSTEMI=0.006);WBC NSTEMI group higherthan WBC in UA group(p=0.011);NEU%in UA group significantly lowerthan NEU%in STEMI and NSTEMI group(p=0.000);EOS%in UA groupsignificantly higher than EOS%in STEMI and NSTEMI group(pSTEMI=0.000;pNSTEMI=0.001);6. TG in UA group significantly higher than TG in STEMI group(p=0.004);TG in UAgroup higher than TG in NSTEMI group(p=0.034);LDL-C in NSTEMI group higher than LDL-C in UA group(p=0.027);difference of LDL-C between NSTEMI and STEMI group with no significance(p=0.398);AST andALT in STEMI group significantly higher thanAST and ALT in UA and NSTEMI group(p=0.000);AST in NSTEMI group higher thanAST in UA group(p=0.016);Conclusion:1.NT-proBNP elevated following the severity of the coronary arteries, elevatingNT-proBNP showing myocardial ischemia and how severe the coronary arteriesbe, assessing what risk the patients take.2. NT-proBNP in NSTEMI group significantly higher than NT-proBNP in UAgroup, could be used as auxiliary diagnostic tool.3. D-dimer was no significantly difference between three groups;we shouldexpand the samples, take further results.
