Objective: The aim of this article is to observe the association of the levelsof serum D-dimer, myocardial injury markers and NT-proBNP markers inpatients with aortic dissection, and to provide some guidance in screening andprevention for patients with aortic dissection.Methods: Retrospective analyzed136patients admitted to the first hospitalof Jilin University between October1,2013, and February1,2014, with thechief complain of chest pain, all the patients have thoracoabdominal aortic CTAexamination.1) Analysis the serum levels of D-dimer, myocardial injurymarkers, NT-PROBNP marker of all the patients.2) According to the results ofthoracoabdominal aortic CTA, the patients are divided into two groups: aorticdissection group and non-aortic dissection group.3) Statistics the differencesand regression analysis of serum biochemical markers between the two groups.Results:1)The average level of D-dimer, fibrinogen, troponin, myoglobin,CKMB, NT-proBNP in aortic dissection group is generally higher than that innon-aortic dissection group,and D–dimer, CKMB in aortic dissection group issignificant higher than that in non-aortic dissection group,(p<0.05);By theregression analysis the incidence of aortic dissection is positively correlated withDD and fibrinogen, the correlation coefficient of D-dimer is0.004(p<0.05),and the correlation coefficient of fibrinogen is0.021(p<0.05). logisticregression OR are3.241and2.029。The incidence of aortic dissection has nocorrelation with troponin, myoglobin, CKMB, NT-proBNP.2) Throughcoordinate curve calculating, this article concludes that the level of D-dimer is552.5ug/L.when Youden’s index is maximum0.376(95%CI:0.524~0.717), socut-off value of D-dimer is552.5ug/L.When D-dimer is552.5ug/L,the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value ofacute aortic dissection were85.9%,79.1%,81.7%,84.2%.Conclusion:1) D–dimer、fibrinogen have significant correlation with the incidence ofaortic dissection.2) Troponin, myoglobin, CKMB,NT-proBNP have no obvious correlationwith the incidence of aortic dissection.
