For those who get operated, check it on the1stand the2ndday after operated as the post-ops.Results:1. The intestine obstruction group and the appendicitis group show a higher level of bloodamylase level than others, but lower than those in pancreatitis.2. The level of urine amylase in every group of children shows no statistically different.3. The peak point of blood amylase level in intestine obstruction group and the appendicitisgroup is basically at48hours after get into hospital, drops down fast after taken effectivetreatment; finally get to normal for3days.Conclusions:1. There is raising level of blood amylase level in intestine obstruction and the appendicitischildren.
