The Research Of Diabetic Ketoiacdosis And Blood Amylase

Objective:to study the patients with diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA) and the correlation of blood amylase, provide new clinical basis for early diagnosis of DKA.Method:Collecting 61 cases of patients with diabetes, according to the diagnostic criteria of DKA divided into DKA group (31 cases) and non DKA group (30 cases), comparing the difference between the blood amylase index between two groups of patients, analysis the correlation of DKA and blood amylase.Results:Rate of abnormal blood amylase DKA group was obviously higher than that of DKA group,77.42%,0.00% respectively, the difference between groups was statistically significant (P< 0.05), two groups of gender, duration, systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure, body mass index difference had no statistical significance (P> 0.05), two groups of age, random blood glucose, fasting plasma glucose (FPG), pH, bicarbonate root difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).Conclusion:DKA blood amylase abnormal rate is not DKA group increased significantly, the determination of blood amylase may is early forecast of DKA.DKA group of younger age of DKA slants young, DKA group than in those with random blood sugar, FPG DKA group on the high side, the blood sugar, the higher the possibility of DKA, the greater the diabetic patients with elevated blood amylase, the more obvious, the occurrence may be a greater risk of DKA.
