Purpose:This study based on the PCI (percutaneous coronary intervention) after the merger ofanxiety and depression in patients with endothelia1(ET-1) and plasminogen activator inhibitor1(PAI-1) high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP)concentration determination, analysis ofET-1, PAI-1and PCI combined with postoperative anxiety and depression relationship, toexplore its clinical application value.Method:In accordance with the Hamilton anxiety and depression rating scale,220cases of PCIpatients enrolled patients were divided into anxiety and depression (after interventional therapywere observed in group n=113) and without anxiety and depression (intervention group n=107cases), and85cases without any PCI in the treatment of coronary heart disease patients withnon intervention group (n=in85cases). Three groups of patients were recorded age, sex, smoking, body mass index, blood pressure and blood biochemical indicators (mainly includingglucose, ALT, TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C). Application of enzyme linked immunosorbent doubleantibody sandwich method for the determination of ET-1, PAI-1levels, and carries on statisticsanalysis.Result: Intervention study group and intervention group serum ET-1levels were significantlyhigher than those in non intervention group, and the intervention group was observed in theserum ET-1levels were significantly higher in intervention group, three groups were statisticallysignificant (P <0.05). Intervention study group and intervention group serum PAI-1levels weresignificantly higher than those in non intervention group, and the intervention group wasobserved in the serum PAI-1levels were significantly higher in intervention group, three groupswere statistically significant (P <0.05). Three groups of patients between age, sex, smoking, body mass index, blood pressure, blood glucose, TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C, ALT, comparisonbetween groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Correlation analysis showed ET-1concentration and HAMA (14) HAMD24score there was positive correlation, thecorrelation coefficient r=0.955a r=0.895,(P <0.01); the concentration of PAI-1and HAMA(14) HAMD24score there was positive correlation, the correlation coefficient r=0.827ar=0.642,(P <0.01); the concentration of hs-CRP and HAMA (14) HAMD24score there waspositive correlation, the correlation coefficient r=0.855a r=0.683,(P <0.01).Conclusion:ET-1, PAI-1, hs-CRP are a reflection of early coronary artery endothelialfunction and fibrinolysis index, anxiety and depression rating scale as a subjective evaluation ofclinical mental health indicators, whereas peripheral blood determination of ET-1, PAI-1willbenefit from the objective of PCI postoperative population was detected in the patients with anxiety and depression, as PCI prognosis after curative effect observation, disease risk degree, toprovide more direct clinical observation indexes, comprehensive clinical treatment providecertain theoretical basis.
