Abstract/Summary:
Objective: Determination of FT3and FT4, TSH,β2-m values, to explore the impact onpregnancy outcome and the relationship between hyperthyroidism. Methods: 63 cases of pregnancy with hyperthyroidism in the First Affiliated Hospital ofShanxi Medical University and Datong People’s Hospital from Oct.2009 to Oct.2011 wereretrospectively analyzed. According to the control of hyperthyroidism, patients were dividedinto two groups : the disease-uncontrolled group(28 cases) and the disease-controlled group(35cases). At the same time randomly selected normal pregnancy hospitalized in the same period,30 cases was as contrast group for comparsion. To explore the influence of pregnancy outcomefor hyperthyroidism and their relationship by measuring the comparison group in the serum ofa work five,β2-mG.Results: 1. The difference of TSH, FT3, FT4andβ2-mG levels amongdisease-controlled group, disease-uncontrolled group and contrast group were statisticallysignificant (P<0.05). The difference of clinical parameters among disease-controlled group anddisease-uncontrolled group statistically significant (P<0.05). The volume of FT3FT4andβ2-mG were higher (P<0.05) in disease-controlled group than in disease-uncontrolled group. The difference of clinical parameters among disease-uncontrolled group and contrast groupstatistically significant (P<0.05). The volume of FT3FT4andβ2-m were higher (P<0.05) indisease-uncontrolled group than in contrast group and the volume of TSH was lower (P<0.05)in disease-uncontrolled group than in contrast group. 2, pregnancy outcome: control groupwithout induction of labor, premature birth, abortion was higher than that of control group ( P< 0.05 ). 3, pregnancy complications: control group without gestational thyroid crisis, hyperthyroid heart disease was higher than that of control group ( P < 0.05 ).Conclusion: Pregnancy in patients with hyperthyroidism, the thyroid hormone in the idealrange to pregnant women to reduce adverse pregnancy outcome and complications. Thyroidfunction of pregnant women and pregnancy outcomes are closely related.
