Objective:To evaluate the clinical manifestations, diagnosis and surgical treatment of primary retroperitoneal tumor。Methods:The22cases of primary retroperitoneal tumor had been received and treated in the second hospital of Shanxi medical university since January2000to March2012, and the clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. All of them had been diagnosed pathologically. The clinical manifestations, imaging findings, pathological types, surgical treatment, survival rate and recurrent rate were analyzed.Results:1.22patients were collected, who were14male and8female, the male to female ratio is about119males to100females. Their ages were form21to82years, and mean age was47years old.2.The Early clinical performance of the22case of PRT were abdominal mass、stomachache、 abdominal distension and backache.3.The diagnosis rates of B-ultrasonic, CT and MR were86.4%,90.9%and100%.4.Tumors were benign in12patients、malignant in9patients and borderline in1patient. There were14patients that tumors were cut completely,5patients that tumors were cut enblock,3patient that tumors were cut partially.Conclusion:1.For PRT patients. early diagnosis is often difficult. Abdominal mass may be the Early clinical performance.2. Preoperative imaging results are essential to predict the surgical respectability.3.The optimal treatment of patients with PRT is radical resection, an bloc organ resection if necessary.4.Regularly postoperative follow-up is mandatory for early finding recurrence.
