The Expression And Significance Of Rap1GAP And P16Protein In Cervical Carcinoma And Their Relationship With HPV

Objective:Research the expression of Rap1GAP and P16protein in cervical carcinoma and their relationship with HPV,comprehend the significance of them in cervical carcinoma.Methods:The expression of Rap1GAP and P16protein were detected by Max-vision immunohistochemistry method in32cases of chronic cervicitis,35cases of CIN Ⅰ,54cases of CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲ and60cases of cervical carcinoma. Detect HPV virus of all cases. Comprehend the relationship of Rap1GAP and P16protein with HPVand the significance of them in cervical carcinoma. Data were analyzed with SPSS17.0statistic software.Results:1、The positive rates of HPV in chronic cervicitis、CIN Ⅰ、CINⅡ-Ⅲ、cervical carcinoma were15.6%(5/32)、22.9%(8/35)、46.3%(25/54)、80%(48/60), which were statistically significant(P<0.001), while except chronic cervicitis and CIN Ⅰ,compared between each two groups, the differences were statistically significant.2. The positive rates of Rap1GAP in chronic cervicitis、CIN Ⅰ、CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲ、cervical carcinoma were93.8%(30/32)、77.1%、(27/35)53.7%(29/54)、13.3%(8/60), which were statistically significant(P<0.005), while compared between each two groups, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.005). The positive rates of Rap1GAP have negtive correlation with the positive rates of HPV (R=0.678, P<0.005).3、The positive rates of P16in chronic cervicitis、 CIN Ⅰ、CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲ、cervical carcinoma were18.8%(6/32)、31.4%(11/35)、96.3%(52/54)、100%(60/60), which were statistically significant(P<0.005), while except chronic cervicitis and CIN Ⅰ,compared between each two groups, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.005). The positive rates of Rap1GAP have negtive correlation with the positive rates of HPV. The positive rates of P16have positive correlation with the positive rates of HPV (R=0.468, P<0.005)Conclusions:The positive rates of Rap1GAP gradually reduce in pace with increaseing of the positive rates of HPV,they have negtive correlation. The positive rates of Rap1GAP gradually reduce in pace with increaseing of The cervical lesions. The positive rates of P16gradually increase in pace with increaseing of the positive rates of HPV,they have positive correlation.
