ObjectiveTo explore the diagnosis value of combined detection of four kinds serum tumor markers in non-small lung cancer.MethodsDetect carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen125(CA125), cytokaratin19fragment(Cyfra21-1) and carbohydrate antigen19-9(CA19-9) in84cases of non-small lung cancer and50patients with benign lung disease, using SPSS17.0software to undertake statistical processing.Result1The content of tumor markers in NSCLC group(CEA:31.29±16.48ng/ml, CA125:42.34±21.16u/ml, Cyfra21-1:11.48±8.21ng/ml and CA19-9:25.32±12.44u/ml) were higher than those in the benigh group(The content is2.70±1.29ng/ml,21.29±10.01u/ml,1.84±0.84ng/ml and10.52±5.78u/ml respectively).2The sensitivity of CEA in adenocarcinoma group(52.0%) was higher than that in squamous cell carcinoma group, Cyfra21-1in squamous cell carcinoma group(42.1%) was higher than that in adenocarcinoma group(20.0%).But CA125and CA19-9showed no difference in the different types of lung cancer. 3The sensitivity and accuracy of four kind tumor markers combined detection were67.9%and76.9%,were better than the single detection.ConclusionsDetection of tumor markers can provide clues for the diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer. CEA in the diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma, Cyfra21-1in the diagnosis of lung squamous cell carcinoma has the certain instruction significance. But tumor markers detection in single index lack high sensitivity and accuracy, so combined detection of tumor markers for the diagnosis of NSCLC has important significance.
