Single Centre Case-Control Study On Breast Cancer Risk Factors In Fujian Province

Objective A Single Centre-Case Control Study was conducted toexplore risk factors of female breast cancer in Fujian Province.Methods A Single Centre-Case Control study on975breast cancerpatients and1091controls was conducted in Fujian Medical UniversityUnion Hospital． Conditional Univariate and multivariate logisticregression was applied to analyze the association between risk factorsand breast cancer．Results Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysisindicated that age of menarche≤12（OR=1.619，95％CI：1.073～2.444)、family history of breast cancer(OR=2.357，95％CI：1.535～3.621)、alcoholconsumption(OR=6.376，95％CI：1.781～22.822) were risk factors of thefemale breast cancer in Fujian Province.Conclusions age of menarche≤12、family history of breast cancer、alcohol consumption were risk factors of the female breast cancer inFujian Province.
