Analysis Of1417Cases Of General Hospital Inpatient Liaison Psychiatry Consultation Information

Objective:1.To Understand the clinical characteristics of contact patients withpsychiatric consultation in comprehensive hospital, in order to guide psychiatristconsultation work in better.2.To Clear the characteristics of contact consultation patients in different department,for related training different departments clinical doctors in better, in order to improvethe ability for psychiatric related diseases of the recognition and processing ofclinical doctors.Method: In11years (2000.4-2011.9),1417referrals to the department ofpsychological medicine in a tertiary general hospital were enrolled. To Statisticalanalysis the general information, distribution disease cases of Different departmentconsultation, consultation causes, disease composition, treatment methods andprognosis with the statistical analysis SPSS16.0.Results: The main age sections of1417patients seeking for consultation were36to55years and15to25years of age, accounting for59.5%.This result is consistentwith the reported results at home and abroad;Sex male: female to0.782:1. educationdegree to primary school junior middle school is given priority to, accounting for52.9%, the distribution departments with high proportion were NeurologyDepartment, Cardiology Department，Emergency department and GastroenterologyDepartment，It is differenf to the results at home and abroad. Of the Consultationpatients, there were92patients with non-psych iatric disorders, accounting for6.5%,and there were1325patients with mental disorder, accounting for93.5%.neurotic disorder, Depression and Organic mental disorder were among the top three.Of1325patients with mental illness,1254patients were advised to follow drugtherapy, accounting for88.5%;59patients were advised to Medical examination orother sections of the consultation, accounting for4.2%;11patients were advised to betransferred to psychiatric hospital for treatment, accounting for0.8%;10patients wereadvised to Counseling, accounting for0.7%.1254drug-treated patients were followedup,1244patients were adherenced to medical，427patients were Follow-up for one time,257patients were Follow-up for two times,249patients were follow-up for3-5times,214patients were Follow-up for5-10times,97patients were Follow-up formore long time. And623patients showed improvement,434patients showedsignificant effect,130patients showed Recovered, and57patients showed noimprovement.We also compare disease distribution to psychiatric out-patient, neurotic disorder,Depression and Organic mental disorder were amongthe top three. Depression, neurotic disorder, and Schizophrenia were the most offollow-upped。Conclusion:①The hospital clinical departments in-patients there are psychological,mental illness and psychosomatic disorders,liaison psychiatry consultation should bestrengthened to improve the cure rate and quality of life of patient with clinicaldepartenments.②General Hospital departments consultation diseases have theirrespective characteristics of symptoms,and rotate the training of doctors of variousDepartments should be strengthened to further improve the ability of doctors of theRecognition and treatment of mental illness.③The most common disease areneurological disorder and depression in General hospital psychologist outpatient andcousulation.
